Situated in the Axarquia region just 400m above Lake Vinuela, overlooked by Mount Maroma (at 2066 meters the highest mountain in Malaga Province) and 3 km below the village of Los Romanes, Casa Ianda is a detached villa with 2 Guest bedrooms (for up to 6 people) and private Swimming Pool in a small residential development. Car hire is essential and there is safe parking on our drive. Unlike many 'Campo' properties, the road up to our villa is fully surfaced so no dirt track!
Surrounded by 3 National/Natural Parks, this is an area of outstanding natural beauty - a walkers and bird/nature lovers paradise! Within a few minutes drive are villages full of history and charm, the coast/beach is only 15 minutes drive away at Torre del Mar and all the major sites of Andalucia can be visited on day excursions. Our 3 closest villages Los Romanes, La Viñuela and Puente Don Manuel are only 5-7 minutes drive away and provide good dining in several restaurants and bars. 45 minutes to Malaga Airport; 80 minutes to Granada Airport.
