MOON ROOM
Our first Guest Room measures a small, but comfortable, 9.5 m2. It has a Double Bed, full Bedroom Suite, Coffee Table with Tea/Coffee making facilities, small Fridge/Mini Bar and well stocked Book Case. A powerful Ceiling Fan provides Summer ventilation and a wall mounted radiator provides Winter heating. The room has an En-Suite Shower Room. A hairdrier is provided as are basic toiletries and complimentary bottles of Mineral Water.
SUN ROOM
Our second Guest Room measures a spacious 25 m2. It has Twin Beds - these are generally pushed together to make a large Double Bed but can be separate on request. The room has all the facilities of the Moon Room plus a Dining Table and Chairs.
TERRACES + POOL
We have two terraces at Guest Room level - the sun-bathing terrace is immediately outside the Rooms and has sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs; this leads to our raised poolside terrace. Upstairs is the covered terrace where meals are served in Summer and we also have a 40 m2 roof terrace that is a real Winter suntrap. Our 8m x 4m Pool is open all year - although we only find it warm enough to swim in from April to November - and our Guests have use of the pool from dawn to dusk.
ACCESS + PARKING
Access to our Guest Rooms is via the sunbathing terrace - you do not have to pass through the main house so you have total freedom to come and go as you please. There are 19 exterior stairs down to our Guest Rooms so our accommodation is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

MEALS
Here at Casa Ianda we think that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be a special part of your stay; where possible all our Breakfasts consist of locally sourced produce. Our room price includes a substantial Buffet Breakfast or cooked English Breakfast. Other Breakfasts available at a small supplement of €2.50-€3.95 per person; see the bottom of this page for all our Breakfast options.
Evening Meal/Dinner is available on request (including Vegetarian options).
If you wish to eat here your first evening, or have an English or alternative Breakfast your first morning, please inform us at least 24 hours before arrival.
Please tell us if you have any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
INTERNET
FOR GUESTS WTH A LAPTOP - Free WiFi access is provided in the main house; a signal can usually also be obtained in the Guest Bedrooms but, due to the surrounding mountains, this can be haphazard.
FOR GUESTS WITHOUT THEIR OWN COMPUTER - Guests may use one of the two computers up in the main house free of charge.
SMOKING
We request that you do not smoke in the Bedrooms. You may smoke on any outside terrace - except on the Breakfast/Dinner Terrace.
WINTER LONGER STAYS
We offer a discount for stays of 14 nights or more (14% to 33% depending on the length of stay) from 1 October to 30 April; these special discount offers are available on either a Bed + Breakfast or Half Board basis.
SUMMER FULL MONTH STAYS
Discount price available when you book a 31 night stay for the whole of July or August or 30 night stay for the whole of June. Discount price also available for 31 night Half Board option.
CHRISTMAS
A magical time to visit Andalucia!
As well as our usual Bed + Breakfast service we also offer special Half Board packages - 3 or 4 night stays with special Festive Dinners each evening, Champagne Breakfasts etc.
Alternatively just book our Christmas Eve Gala Buffet or Christmas Day Dinner with us or, if you don´t want Festive food, our normal Dinner menu is also available throughout December.

NON-DECEMBER CHRISTMAS
If you want to celebrate Christmas with Friends or Family, but cannot get together in December, our special Festive packages are also available from October to April for 4 adults/both rooms.
