MOON ROOM - 2 people - 11m2 - A small, but comfortable room with:- Double Bed.  Wardrobe.  Dressing Table.  Bedside Cabinets.  Coffee Table.  Tea/Coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of Mineral Water  Small Fridge/Honesty Bar.  Book Case with books in several languages.  Ceiling Fan + upright Fan.  2.5m2 En-Suite Shower Room; a hairdrier and basic toiletries are provided. 

SUN ROOM - 2-4 people - 25.5m2 - A light and spacious room with:- Twin Beds (these can be pushed together on request).  Wardrobe.  Dressing Table.  Bedside Cabinets.  Dining Table + four Chairs.  Tea/Coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of Mineral Water.  Small Fridge/Honesty Bar.  Book Case with books in several languages.  Ceiling Fan + upright Fan.  3.0m2 En Suite Shower Room; a hairdrier and basic toiletries are provided.  2 x single ´Z´ beds are available for a third or fourth person on request.

LOCAL GUIDE - Prior to arrival guests are sent an email local information guide.  This has details of restaurants, shops, suggested excursions etc.  Each room also has an Information File containing leaflets of places of interest, drives, walks etc.  We have a supply of local maps for guests to use during their stay.

MEALS - We take great pride in the food we offer.
Breakfast - Our price includes your choice of our extensive Buffet Breakfast or cooked English Breakfast (Meat or Vegetarian).
Daytime Food and Drink - A good range of Tapas, Snacks and Drinks are available all day.  We offer a special price ´All Day Snacks and Drinks´ package for days when you do not want to move away from the pool.
Dinner - A choice of Evening Meals are available with Meat, Fish and Vegetarian options; see the ´Pricing Page´ for details.
Eating here on your first night - If you wish to eat here on your first evening please tell us at least 48 hours in advance.

TOWELS, BEDDING + PERSONAL LAUNDRY - Shower Towels are provided; to save luggage weight, pool/beach towels can also be provided on request.  Bed Linen is changed every 3-4 days. We also offer a personal laundry service at a small charge.

TERRACES + POOL - We have two terraces at Guest Room level - the sun-bathing terrace is immediately outside the Rooms and has sunbeds, parasols, tables and chairs; this leads to our raised poolside terrace.  Upstairs is the covered terrace where meals are served in Summer and we also have a roof terrace.  Guests can use of the 8m x 4m pool all day. 

ACCESS + PARKING - Access to our Guest Rooms is via the sunbathing terrace - you do not have to pass through the main house so you have total freedom to come and go as you please.  There are 19 exterior stairs down to our Guest Rooms so our accommodation is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.  A car is essential and there is safe parking on our drive.  Unlike many ´Campo´ properties, the short road up to Casa Ianda is fully surfaced so no rough track!

ARRIVAL + DEPARTURE - Check In - from 14.00  Check Out - by 11.00
If you arrive before 14.00 you are welcome to relax by the pool whilst we prepare your room.  If you have a late flight you may stay by the pool, and store your luggage/use the bathroom facilities in the main house, until you have to leave.

INTERNET - Free WiFi access is provided in the main house; a signal can usually also be obtained in the Guest Bedrooms but, due to the surrounding mountains, this can be haphazard.  Guests who do not bring their own laptop may use the computer up in the main house free of charge for 30 minutes per day.

SMOKING - We request that you do not smoke in the Bedrooms.  You may smoke on any outside terrace except on the Breakfast/Dining Terrace.

RESPONSE TO ENQUIRIES - We reply to all accommodation enquiries and emails within a maximum of 24 hours - generally within a couple of hours.  If you do not receive a reply within this time please check your ´Spam/Bulk Mail´ box as replies sometimes go there by mistake - we especially have problems sending/receiving emails from Hotmail accounts.  If you still do not find a reply please contact us again as it means we have not received your original enquiry.
